I'll take Pikachu (even though the tier list still says that Metaknight is the best character, but I maintain that this is simply because of the metagame used by a select group of players who also happen to create the tier list. Obviously, if you play the game a certain way, you will be better with certain characters. The point of such a wide variety in the characters is that each player can pick and choose a character that fits their particular style of playing.)
